    Staging Your Home

Approach your home as if you are a buyer.  Note what you see when viewing the property on the outside and inside.  Does your property have curb appeal?   Ensure that landscaping is maintained and that trash cans, toys, yard equipment are out of view.  Inside, put personal items such as photos away and de-personalize the space so that the buyer can envision themselves living in the home.  Minimize furniture so that spaces feel open and spacious.  In addition, consider staging your home by a professional to enhance the space and appeal of the home.
